The petitioner seeks bail in Madhuban P.S. Case No. 26 of 2019, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

It is alleged in the written report that 138.24 litres of foreign liquor has been recovered from house of co-accused Dharmendra Sahani. Allegation against the petitioner is that he along and other co-accused persons were involved in selling the aforesaid liquor.

Petitioner is in custody since 17.6.2019 having clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let
