JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 07-09-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147,149,341,332,275,353,504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution case is that one Vikash Sah was apprehended by the informant being police officer in Bibhutipur P.s. Case No. 117 of 2015 when this petitioner being Panchayat Mukhia and three FIR named accused along with others got released Vikas Sah from police custody.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner being Panchayat Mukhia was trying to pacify the dispute and now Vikas Sah has already surrendered. Let the learned court below consider the prayer for

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34904 of 2015 (2) dt.07-09-2015 2/2 regular bail of the petitioner in case the petitioner surrenders within six weeks from today in connection with Bibhutipur P.S. Case No. 76 of 2015 pending in the court of learned J.M. Ist Class, Rosera. This application is disposed of with the aforesaid observation/direction.
