Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Dumaria P.S. Case No. 40 of 2016 registered under Sections- 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that informant and petitioner are agnates and they are on inimical terms due to land dispute.

Considering the gravity of allegations levelled against this petitioner, I do not find it to be a fit case to grant the privilege of bail. His prayer for bail is, therefore, rejected

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50708 of 2016 (4) dt.18-01-2017 2/2 for the present.

However, petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge.
