It has been alleged that in absence of petitioner, raid was conducted at his house and from there, 23 bottles of Officer's Choice superior whisky containing 375 ml each, two bottles of Royal Stag containing 75 ml each and one bottle of Royal Stag having half filled along with four glasses were seized and for that, petitioner is under custody since 06.10.2016. Furthermore, from para 3 of the petition, it is apparent that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, petitioner namely Ram Udeshya Rai @ Defaulter @ Defalter is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- each with two sureties of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52074 of 2016 (2) dt.02-12-2016 2/2 like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hazipur in connection with Manhar P.S. case no. 94 of 2016.
