The petitioner seeks bail in Gaighat P.S. Case No. 224 of 2017, registered for the offence under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, this petitioner is alleged to have facilitated other co-accused persons in killing the deceased.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that neither the petitioner is family members nor in any manner concerned with the accused persons. Petitioner is co-villager of the husband of the deceased and has got no concern with the family affairs of the deceased or her husband. Petitioner is in custody since 25.12.2020. Investigation is complete.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. - 15th, Muzaffarpur in connection with Gaighat P.S. Case No. 224 of 2017.
