JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 06-10-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 467, 468, 471, 472, 420, 120-B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-B) A, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. It is contended that petitioner being the Area Manager, is also an employee of the private security agency and there is no allegation of any forgery done by him as neither he is the appointing authority of the private guards nor has any incriminating materials been recovered from his possession. It is urged that supervisor of the agency has already been granted bail vide order dated 04.10.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No.42651 of 2016

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42755 of 2016 (2) dt.06-10-2016 2 / 2 by this Court. It is claimed that the petitioner is having clean antecedent.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Barauni (Refinery) P.S. Case No.312/2016 with a condition that one of the bailors of the petitioner must be the close relative or his family member, who will file affidavit before the court below giving full genealogy showing his or her relationship with the petitioner.
