ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 17-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered under Sections 304B and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner No.1 is the father-in-law of the deceased lady, who was allegedly done to death at her matrimonial home. Petitioner Nos.2 and 3 are uncles-in-law (brothers of the father-in-law) of the deceased lady.

Having considered the facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to Petitioner No.1 Surendra Mushar. It is, accordingly, rejected.

No.32289 of 2015 (2) dt.17-08-2015 2/2 However, let Petitioner No.2-Kariya Mushar and Petitioner No.3 Gorakh Mushar, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar, in connection with Rajpur P.S. Case No.139 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Anjana Mishra, J) PNM U T
