2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in Ghorasahan P.S. Case No. 245 of 2020 registered under Sections 420, 406 and 379 of the IPC.
3. As per allegation, the petitioner was working as Consumer Service Representative in Arohan Financial Services Limited, Ghorasahan Branch. His work was to collect deposits from consumers which were being deposited in their respective accounts. It is alleged that the petitioner collected Rs. 78,400/- from three centres but neither returned it to Branch Office nor deposited the amount and in this way, he committed fraud to defame the company.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the

His further submission is that witnesses, in paragraph 5, 6 and 7 of the case diary, have stated that one Arjun Sah had sent this petitioner to collect the money. The petitioner had collected the money. It has further been submitted that the petitioner has deposited that money to Arjun Sah, who sent him for collection of money.
5. Learned APP has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest/surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M.-II, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Ghorasahan P.S. Case No. 245 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C./ 482(2) of the BNSS, 2023. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) priyanka/- U T
