2. This is an application for regular bail on behalf of the petitioner for the offences alleged under Sections 8 (c) and 21 (c) of the NDPS Act registered in connection with Mohania P.S.Case No. 719 of 2024.

The prosecution case, in short, is that on a tip off, the informant along with other police personnel proceeded to conduct a raid and when the raiding team reached the place of occurrence, seeing the police party, one person started fleeing away, but on chase he was arrested who disclosed his name as Shahrukh Ansari (the petitioner). During search, 760 pieces of Buprenorphine injection, Pheniramine maleate injection, dispovan single use syringe etc. were recovered from the

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he is the person of clean antecedents and recovered articles are not the narcotic or psychotropic substances. He has submitted further that the quantity of the contraband is a small quantity and the petitioner is in custody for 11 months. He also submitted that co-accused Jitendra Singh has been granted bail by this Court in Cr.Misc. No. 9748 of 2025.

Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, specially the clean background of the petitioner let the petitioner, above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge-cumSpecial Judge, Kaimur at Bhabua in Mohania P.S.case No. 719 of 2024, subject to the conditions that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
