The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is an old woman of 80 years of age and is living separately from her son-husband of the deceased. Learned counsel further submits that the husband of the petitioner is already in custody.

Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances and that the husband of the deceased is in jail, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the

No.32724 of 2015 (2) dt.18-08-2015 2/2 court below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Shri Sanjay Kumar IV, learned Judicial Magistrate, Patna City, District-Patna, in connection with Gaurichak P.S. Case No.66 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
