At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that during the pendency of this petition, the petitioner has died and, as such, it has become infructuous. He, therefore, seeks permission to withdraw this petition. Permission is accorded and this petition is dismissed as withdrawn as having become infructuous.
Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioner within the stipulated time mentioned hereinabove, failing which, the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
