Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.10354 of 2021(2) dt.22-12-2021 2/2 that on similar allegation the learned court below has granted anticipatory bail to co-accused Babloo Kumar, but rejected the petition in respect of the present petitioner mentioning that three criminal cases are pending against the petitioner, whereas only one case has been disclosed in paragraph no.3 of the bail petition.

It appears that the petitioner has concealed two criminal cases, which are also pending against him. In these circumstances, the petitioner is not entitled for grant of anticipatory bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail is rejected.
