2. Only prayer sought by the petitioner in this particular case is for disposal of the representation Annexure 2 series made to the Sub Divisional Officer, Sadar, Darbhanga (Respondent No. 3).

Having regard to the above the present Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Respondent No. 3 to consider the representation made by the petitioner and pass necessary orders in accordance with law. The entire exercise shall be completed as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of
