The petitioner seeks bail in a case for the offences punishable under sections 387, 506 and 120 of the I.P.C Allegedly, ransom of Rs. 5,00,000/- was demanded from the informant by unknown persons on the mobile and during investigation the petitioner confessed his guilt. Submission is of false implication and that besides confessional statement of the petitioner there is no other material. The mobile through which ransom was demanded does not belong to the petitioner and only on the basis of criminal antecedent he has been implicated in this case. Other co-accused have been

The learned A.P.P. opposes prayer for bail by submitting that the petitioner is involved in 16 more cases. In the facts and circumstances as stated above, considering that other co-accused have been allowed bail and besides the confessional statement of the petitioner there is no other material against the petitioner and as such considering his custody, now he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri D. Kumar, J.M. 1st Class, Sikrahana, East Champaran at Motihari in Rajepur P.S. Case No. 22 of 2013, subject to the conditions that one of the bailors must be a near relative and another having sufficient immovable property within the territorial jurisdiction of the court concerned and the petitioner shall remain present on each and every date during trial and the default on two consecutive dates on his part without any reason shall disentitle the petitioner from privilege of bail.
