2. LPA No. 689 of 2023 is arising out of CWJC No. 18429 of 2022, impugned vacating interim order dated 28.04.2023 passed in CWJC No. 18429 of 2022.
3. On technicality LPA was dismissed on 12.07.2023. Resultantly, petitioner has filed civil review to recall the order
Patna High Court C. REV. No.222 of 2023(4) dt.09-08-2024 2/2 dated 12.07.2023 passed in LPA No. 689 of 2023.
4. Having regard to the fact that he has overcome the technical glitch in filing LPA, review petitioner has made out a case so as to review the order dated 12.07.2023 passed in LPA No. 689 of 2023.
5. Accordingly, the present Civil Review No. 222 of 2023 stands allowed while restoring LPA No. 689 of 2023 arising out of CWJC No. 18429 of 2022.
6. Registry is hereby directed to list LPA No. 689 of 2023 before the concerned Roster Bench.
