The petition appears absolutely not maintainable because of the fact that an order under Section 144 Cr.P.C. which as per Section 144 (1) Cr.P.C. could be in force for a period of sixty days and that period of sixty days has to be reckoned from the date the order under Section 144 (1) was drawn up. The petition was filed in the year 2012 on 06.11.2012, i.e., almost after two years of passing of the order.
