Petitioner seeks bail in Connection with Lauriya P.S. Case No. 101 of 2015, instituted for the offences under Section(s) 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that mere suspicion has been raised against this petitioner. It is alleged in the written report that this petitioner had taken away the son of informant in Baraat but till morning her son did not return then informant went to the house of petitioner and asked about her son, who disclosed that he has no knowledge. The informant raised suspicion that this petitioner and others might have killed her son.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.71128 of 2018(2) dt.05-12-2018 2/2 other co-accused has already been granted anticipatory bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 48493/2015 dated 16.10.2015.

Petitioner is in custody since 23.07.2018 In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran , in connection with Lauriya P.S. Case No. 101 of 2015 , subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner. (Sanjay Priya, J) rakhi/- U T
