====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 27-11-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Kotwali P.S. Case No. 140 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 66 (C) of I.T. Act. It is alleged in the written report that one unknown person aged about 28 years has changed the ATM card of wife of the informant.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the written report. Counsel for the petitioner further submits that during investigation police has arrested petitioner on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Praveen Kumar. Petitioner is aged about 20 years and no Test Identification Parade has been held till date. Petitioner is said to be in custody since 3.7.2018.

Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger, in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 140 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be the close relatives of the petitioner.
