2. In the instant petition, petitioner has prayed for the following relief/reliefs:

"(a) To quash the notification at serial No. 3 e.p 17/2021-363 R, Patna-15 dated 30/09/2021 under Revenue and land Reforms Department against the serial No. 35 namely Satyendra pratap Madhukar, circle officer, Belaganj under the District of Gaya in light of memo No. 01/R-28/2006, 1243, Patna-15 dated 8/10/14.

(b) To direct the respondent authorities to remained on the post of Belaganj circle officer under the District of Gaya, who has transferred from circule officer Belaganj under the District of Gaya to Assistant settlement officer Nalanda. (c) To any other relief/reliefs to which the petitioner found entitled to."

3. Having regard to the relief sought in the present petition read with the fact that the petitioner has attained age of superannuation and retired from service, the present petition do not survive for consideration, accordingly, petition stands disposed off as it has become infructuous.

4. Petitioner is at liberty to approach the concerned authority if any grievance is required to be addressed by the official respondent. If such representation is submitted, the concerned respondent is hereby directed to take note of petitioner's grievance and redress the same at the earliest. (P. B.
