2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Aurangabad (Town) P.S. Case No. 213 of 2024 dated 15.03.2024 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 409, 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a lady having fair and clean antecedent. It is further submitted that the petitioner is a computer operator, appointed on contract basis, who has to discharge her responsibilities only as per the instructions of the Competent Officials or Authorized Employees of the concerned office and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.56050 of 2024(2) dt.02-09-2024 2/3 she does not have any right of updating Jamabandi or creation of Mutation. It is further submitted that the petitioner is mother of a newly born baby boy who took birth in the month of May, 2024.

4. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

5. Having considered the submissions noted hereinabove and mainly the facts that the petitioner is a woman, having a newly born baby who took birth in the month of May, 2024 and further, she has taken plea that she was working as a computer operator on contract basis in the office of Circle Officer, Aurangabad and the work with regard to any kind of change or amendment in the existing Jamabandi is only assigned and associated with Halka Karmachari, Revenue Officer and Circle Officer and the petitioner performed her duty only as per the instructions of her seniors and she has been made a scapegoat by the Circle Officer and others who were directly involved in the alleged work and also keeping in view the fair and clean antecedent of the petitioner, in my opinion, it is a fit case for anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
