Petitioner is not named in the first information report but in course of investigation, he was arrested in connection with another case and made his confessional statement disclosing his involvement in this case. It is further submitted that except the so called confessional statement as well as some criminal antecedent, there is nothing against the petitioner, who is languishing in jail custody since16.08.2016 but up till now he has not been put on T.I.P.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.47120 of 2016 (3) dt.06-12-2016 2/2 sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate,1st class, Barh, Patna in connection with Salimpur P.S.Case No. 142 of 2015.
