2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Khawaspur P.S. Case No. 04/2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 414/420/467/468/471/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioners are said to have been involved in car theft.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case. He further submits that nothing incriminating have been recovered from the possession of the petitioners. The petitioners are in custody since 28.04.2024.

5. Considering the period of custody, let the petitioners above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ara, Bhojpur/concerned court in connection with Khawaspur P.S. Case No. 04/2024.

6. The petitioner No. 1 is directed to mark his attendance in Bahiya police station whereas the petitioner No. 2 will mark his attendance in Raghopur police station on 1st Sunday and 3rd Sunday of every month. Failure to do so, will result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioners. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Saif/- U T
