This appeal has been filed for setting aside order dated 30.06.2025 passed in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 126(2), 127(2), 115(2), 132, 109, 352 and 3 (5) of BNS and sections 3(i)(r)(s) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, whereby the prayer for anticipatory bail of these appellants has been rejected.

3 . As per the prosecution case, informant, namely Evon Admin Kumar Kindo, alleged that on 15.05.2025,

Patna High Court CR. APP (SJ) No.2945 of 2025(3) dt.18-09-2025 2/2 informant was on special night duty. In the course of duty, informant, along with other police officials, went to the house of co-accused Munna Kumar, who is accused in Turkauliya PS Case No. 90 of 2025, and watchman called the accused Munna Kumar, he along with his brother Rahul Kumar, came outside the house, and the police officials started making queries regarding the case, upon which accused persons, including these appellants, abused informant by caste name . It is further alleged that with the help of a YouTuber, accused persons made video of the incident to defame the informant.

4. Considering the aforesaid facts, seriousness and nature of accusation and other circumstances of the case , I do not find any reason to interfere with the impugned order accordingly this appeal is dismissed.
