The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Chapra Town P.S. Case No. 479 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 414, 413, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that petitioner was arrested by the police with a motorcycle for which he could not produce any valid paper. It is further alleged that he disclosed the name of his associate, namely, Munna Chaudhary and one motorcycle was recovered from possession of said Munna Chaudhary. The counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He has been arrested merely on suspicion. Nobody has come forward to make claim over the aforesaid motorcycle which is alleged to have been

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.68441 of 2018(2) dt.28-11-2018 2/2 recovered from possession of the petitioner.

Petitioner is in custody since 18.8.2018.

Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Chapra Town P.S. Case No. 479 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailers shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
