Petitioner, who was on bail, jumped there from as a result of which, his bail bond was cancelled on 28.05.2008, petitioner's presence has been procured on 05.08.2016. In the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, petitioner, Vinod Mishra is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with one surety to the satisfaction of the learned 2nd Assistant Sessions Judge, Sasaram, Rohtas in connection with Sessions Trial No.574 of 1994 arising out of Nokha (Dharmpura) P. S. Case No.153 of 1993, Computer No.5068 of 2013. Instead of another bailor, petitioner will deposit Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) in cash before the learned

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43713 of 2016 (02) dt.05-10-2016 lower Court before release, which will be subject to forfeiture in case, there happens to be recurrence of such activities in future.
