The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Lalganj P.S. Case No.148 of 2020 registered for offences under Sections 302, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. In view of the fact that the compromise has been arrived at between the parties who are brothers, the application for anticipatory bail is allowed.

Accordingly, let petitioner, above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-XIV, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Lalganj P.S. Case
