The petitioner is in custody in connection with Udwantnagar P.S. Case No. 118 of 2019 for the offenses under Sections 399, 402 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)a/26/35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. The petitioner is in custody since 26.03.2019. in the instant case one Deshi Katta and cartridges were seized.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
