The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the accused persons assaulted with brick to the informant when he fell down then the petitioner assaulted with the butt of the pistol. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that only one lacerated and the other abrasion injuries have been found simple in nature on the person of the informant.

The petitioner is the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32850 of 2015 (2) dt.10-08-2015 2/2 cousin of the informant and for a petty dispute the accusation has been levelled.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Silao P.S. Case No. 72 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
