Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner was apprehended along with a stolen motorcycle. Petitioner is in custody since 18.05.2019. Considering the facts of this case aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after framing of the charges against the petitioner on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Alauli Police Station Case No. 151 of 2019, subject to the following conditions:- (a) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the
