====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE NAWNEET KUMAR PANDEY ORAL ORDER 23-12-2021 Learned counsel for the petitioners is directed to remove all the defects pointed out by the Stamp Reporter within one month.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the learned APP for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Jalalgarh P.S. Case No. 14 of 2020 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per FIR, seven named accused persons including the present petitioners assaulted the informant with lathi, danda and rod etc.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.10393 of 2021(2) dt.23-12-2021 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the the allegation against the petitioners is general and omnibus in nature. He has further submitted that the learned coordinate Bench has granted anticipatory bail to three accused persons in the similar footing in Cr. Misc. No. 25976 of 2020 vide order dated 30.01.2021.

The learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioners.

Considering the fact and circumstances, let the petitioners be released on bail in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Purnea the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.

Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioners within the stipulated time provided in para-1 hereinabove, failing which the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
