Petitioner happens to be the younger brother-inlaw of the deceased and the first information report goes to show that it was the petitioner who gave information to the informant regarding the present incident and having got information, the informant came at the house of the informant and found the deceased inside the room. The postmortem report of the deceased goes to show that she committed suicide.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM, Supaul in connection with Supaul P.S.Case No.321 of 2016.
