Taking into consideration the nature of allegation leveled against the petitioner, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and, hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Sessions trail no. 599 of 2015 arising out of Town P.S.Case No. 497 of 2015, pending in the court of 13th Additional Sessions Judge, Muzaffarpur is again rejected.

However, the learned trial court should expedite the trial of the petitioner and try to conclude the same as early as possible.
