Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Amnour P.S. Case No. 152 of 2016 registered under Sections- 188, 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 47, 47A, 48(2) of Bihar Excise Amendment Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the first information report and has been falsely implicated in this case on basis of confessional statement of co-accused. It is further submitted that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner.
