Petitioner seeks bail in Adapur P.S. Case No.156 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 412, 413, 414 Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is landlord of the premises. He had no concern with the articles which have been recovered from the premises. The articles as mentioned in the written report have been recovered from the room of Imteyaz Alam. The Seizure List bears signature of the Imteyaz Alam.

Petitioner is in custody since 20.06.2019 having clean antecedents.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Raxaul, Motihari, in connection with Adapur P.S. Case No.156 of 2019, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner. (Sanjay Priya, J) J. Alam/- U T
