Petitioner seeks bail in Buxar ( Town) P.S.Case No. 358 of 2021 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a,26,35 of the Arms Act and section 37(2) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act.

One country made loaded pistol along with three live cartridges were recovered from possession of the petitioner. Petitioner was apprehended in intoxicated condition. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Petitioner has got clean antecedent and he is in custody since 08.08.2021.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as period of detention of the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge 2nd cum Special Judge, Excise Buxar in connection with Buxar (T) P. S. Case No. 358 of 2021.
