The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Sadar P.S. Case No.372 of 2008 for allegedly having committed the offence under Section 302 and other allied Sections of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

After perusing the F.I.R. and noticing that these petitioners have no specific role to play, as alleged, let all the three petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of three weeks
