Mr. Md. Ashlam Ansari ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 11-12-2018 The petitioners seek bail in Thakurganj P. S. Case No. 116 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 8/20/(b)(ii)/(B) of the N.D.P.S Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are in custody since 20.8.18 It is alleged in the written report that total 1.45 grams of ganja was recovered from the house of petitioner no.1. It is further alleged that total 1.95 grams of ganja was recovered from house of petitioner no.4.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.70276 of 2018(3) dt.11-12-2018 2/2 Learned counsel for petitioners submits that recovery has been made from the joint house of these petitioners. They have no concern with the aforesaid ganja. The other petitioners are sons of Manju Devi and Punam Devi Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sessions Judge cum Special Judge (NDPS) Act, Kishanganj, in connection with Thakurganj P. S. Case No. 116 of 2018, Spl. case no. 13/18 subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioners.
