====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 27-11-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in N.D.P.S. Case No. 11 of 2018 arising out of Ballia P.S. Case No. 143 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Sections 8/20(b) (ii) (c), 25 and 29 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substance Act. Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He was merely labourer. He was alleged to be loading Ganja on Pickup Van. He has no criminal antecedent. Counsel for the petitioner further submits that other co-accused with similar allegation has been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 31.10.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. 60108 of 2018.

Petitioner is said to be in custody since 31.5.2018. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.69393 of 2018(2) dt.27-11-2018 2/2 the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I cum Special Judge, N.D.P.S. Act, Begusarai, in connection with N.D.P.S. Case No. 11 of 2018 arising out of Ballia P.S.
