Petitioner being husband of the victim is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B), 201, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusation is killing the daughter of the informant after about six years of marriage.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that only on suspicion the accusation has been levelled and the informant has retracted from the initial version and filed a petition to that effect before learned Court below. The same has been brought on record by way of Annexure-2. Moreover the parents and other family members of the petitioner have been granted bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 25436 of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32562 of 2015 (2) dt.10-08-2015 2/2 2015.
The aforesaid facts may be a good ground for consideration of regular bail, if the petitioner surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Amba P.S. Case No. 22 of 2015, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad.
Accordingly the application is disposed off.
