Deceased was last seen in the company of the appellant and thereafter, he was found unconscious in an injured condition who died subsequently during course of treatment. Accordingly, prayer for bail is rejected.

However, learned lower court is directed to commit the case at once and further, the Sessions Court will proceed with the trial expeditiously.
