2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Goraul P.S. Case No. 511 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201/34 of the IPC.

3. The informant is the father of the deceased. He states in his fardbeyan that the marriage of his son was solemnized to the petitioner Nisha Kumari on 27.02.2023. Nisha Kumari did not like her husband (deceased). On 28.11.2023, Nisha Kumari called her husband to her maternal house and thereafter, her husband informed the informant on mobile that the accused persons were assaulting him and there was apprehension that they would kill him.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.56049 of 2024(3) dt.17-09-2024 2/2 this case. She is a person of clean antecedent. Similarly situated co-accused persons i.e. the father and mother of the petitioner have been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 18.07.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 24675 of 2024. She is under custody since 30.11.2023.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Goraul P.S. Case No. 511 of 2023, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.

6. The petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of the trial and make himself available on each and every date fixed at the trial, and if he fails to appear on two consecutive dates, without any reason or unavoidable circumstances, the learned court below shall be at liberty to cancel his bail bond.
