JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI ORAL ORDER 19-09-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned APP for the State.

Informant, a police official after coming to know about the presence of an absconding accused, Pramod Rai of Bachhawara PS Case No. 39/2016 at the place of petitioner, a raid was conducted and during course thereof, Pramod Rai and the petitioner were apprehended. On search, from the possession of Pramod Rai, a country made loaded pistol along with five live cartridges were recovered while from the possession of petitioner, nothing has been recovered. Accordingly, petitioner, Ram Chandra Mahto @ Ram Chandra Mahton, though possesses criminal antecedent, is under custody since 17.06.2016, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Pankaj Pandey, Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Begusarai/successor in the office in connection with Bachhawara PS Case No. 93/2016.
