Petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Beur P.S. Case No. 154 of 2018 (G.R. No. 3270 of 2018) registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 120B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Allegation against petitioner is of killing the son of the informant along with FIR name accused.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is innocent and has committed no offence. He has been falsely implicated in this case. He was not arrested at the spot and nothing incriminating articles have recovered from his possession. It has been further submitted that similarly placed

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.68742 of 2018(2) dt.30-11-2018 2/2 co-accused have been granted bail by this Court as well as coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 66671 of 2018, 64137 of 2018 and 60413 of 2018 vide order dated 26.11.2018, 25.10.2018 and 06.10.2018 respectively.

Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.- VIII, Patna in connection with Beur P.S. Case No. 154 of 2018 (G.R. No. 3270 of 2018).
