2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 189(2), 127(1), 115(2), 118(1), 109, 125(a), 329(4) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. As per prosecution case, on 08.03.2025, all the F.I.R. named accused persons including these petitioners alongwith 5-6 unknown persons, came at the house of informant and assaulted informant and his family members, due to which, informant and other sustained injury.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that as per F.I.R. itself, specific accusation of assault is against coaccused Raja Paswan and Bihari Paswan. So far as these petitioners are concerned, there is general and omnibus allegation. Case and counter case. Petitioner no. 1 to 5 have got clean antecedent, whereas petitioner no. 6 & 7 have one criminal antecedent, in which, they are on bail.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the bail petition.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. 1st Class, Bikramganj, District Rohtas in connection with Natwar (Semra O.P.) P.S. Case No. 56 of 2025, subject to condition as laid down under Section
