JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 25-10-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-188, 279, 427 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section-47/53(B) of the Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016. Six bottles of liquor are said to have been recovered from a vehicle, which was being driven by the petitioner. The petitioner was caught by the police in tipsy condition. The petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 07-08-2016 and does not have any criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Sanhaula P.S. Case No. 89 of 2016 to the satisfaction of
