2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Baliya P.S. Case No. 118 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 307, 326, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have fired upon the victim.

4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the allegation against the petitioner is of injuring the informant by firing upon him and now the informant has himself been made accused in the present case and he is also in custody.

5. The petitioner is in custody 16.04.2024.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Begusarai in connection with Baliya P.S.
