The petitioner being husband of the deceased apprehends his arrest in connection with Narhat P.S. Case No. 228 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Section -304(B), 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that prior to filing of the present case, the petitioner had tried to file a case of natural death but the same was not taken notice by the police, however, the said submission is not authentic as it appears to me, it is nothing but an eye wash. Taking into consideration the nature of allegation, made against the petitioner, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner and accordingly, his prayer for anticipatory bail in connection with Narhat P.S.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33186 of 2015 (2) dt.24-08-2015 2 / 2 Case No. 228 of 2014 pending in the court of Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada stands rejected.
