The petitioners want to renew their prayer of bail, which was earlier rejected vide order dated 25.04.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 9391 of 2016, on the ground that there is general and omnibus allegation and the petitioners are in custody since 04.10.2015, in counter case the accused persons have been allowed bail by the learned court below itself and as such the petitioners deserve sympathetic consideration, in near future the trial is not likely to be concluded and there is no chance of tampering with prosecution evidence to which learned APP duly assisted by learned counsel for the informant opposes by submitting that the petitioners assaulted the deceased causing his death.

No.49294 of 2016 (2) dt.23-11-2016 In the facts and circumstances stated above, finding no good ground for reconsideration of prayer for bail of the petitioners, again their prayer for bail stands rejected in connection with Goraul (Katahara O.P.) P.S. Case No. 207 of 2015. However, considering the period of detention, let the trial be expedited and concluded as early as possible, preferably within six months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order (Jitendra Mohan Sharma, J) avin/- U T
