JUSTICE SANJEEV PRAKASH SHARMA ORAL ORDER 09-02-2022 Heard the parties through video conferencing. The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Raghunathpur P.S. Case No. 193 of 2019 instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Taking into consideration the contents of the case diary which show that there was no information received by the police relating to the death occurred in the family about the daughter-in-law and the death has been caused by strangulation, it does not cover the story of the petitioner of there being no role of the family in the death of the young wife, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
