The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 366A of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusation is of enticing away the minor daughter of the informant.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the informant has retracted from the initial version and filed a petition to that effect before the learned court below. A statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35517 of 2015 (2) dt.03-09-2015 2/2 The aforesaid facts constitute ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Chawk P.S. Case No. 156 of 2014 pending in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Patna City, Patna.
With the aforesaid observation, this application is disposed of.
